I am now on the Cpdm level 1, schedule "Procure items in order to realize electronic expansion white-box". For an explanation of Cpdm schedules, see blog #17 Simplifying Cpdm for smaller project and blog #18 Tailoring the simplified Cpdm. That is to now procure all elements and interfaces, which are just described in "Finalized caravan design of Electronic Expansion", see blogs #29a, #29b, and #29c. In this schedule, all elements and interfaces are ordered and received from selected suppliers, and then these are integrated to become the entire electronic expansion system. The photos above are mostly taken from the integrated system, and shows every element and interface numbered as in previous Finalize Design. |
