Blog 27. Step back to do some more prototyping |

When performing the activity Pt.1.P. issue K., see blog #26d Trying to satisfy the electronic expansion, it showed that the uncertainty was bigger than expected on how to solve the ground loop problem. I had to step back to the previous activity Xa.a., see blog #25 Provide off-the-shelf samples and maybe do some prototyping, to dig deeper into alternatives, and order more components and ground loop isolator devices, to make some further prototyping before choosing an appropriate solution. |
When I scrutinized the drawing above, and found an obvious loop, it became totally obvious that I had ground loop problems, and the interference frequencies that appeared were load and ear-breaking, like a dozen of male cats was fighting for the same female. I made isolation solutions for each of the alternatives 1. - 3., see above drawing, and all three worked properly, and the yelling cats were eliminated. Alternative 3. was the cheapest and did neither impact the quality of audio sound. |
